In the quest for happiness we must be sure that we don`t SETTLE for a PLAYMATE When GOD has a SOULMATE waiting for us. Sometimes this is a HARD distinction to make. PLAYMATES are TRICKY. They are so much FUN to be with that even the SMARTEST of us will be FOOLED into thinking this has to be OUR SOULMATE. Worse than that too many of us attempt To MAKE a SOULMATE out of a PLAYMATE. The DANGER of this is, YEARS later, after YEARS of PLAYING, we will MEET our SOULMATE, But it may be to LATE then. We may have already made a LIFE-MATE of our PLAYMATE or we may have been HURT from PLAYING too hard, that we are in NO SHAPE ourselves to be anyone`s ANYTHING. How can we distinguish between THE one and just ANOTHER ONE? First we must be open with OURSELVES about who we are. Only YOU know and the LORD knows what is really in your HEART and MIND? Only you know what it is that TRULY makes you HAPPY and FEEL WHOLE. In order to find your SOUL MATE you have to know what it is in your OWN SOUL FIRST. The BIBLE warns us about being UNEQUALLY YOKED. If you are DATING someone that who THINKS the word SOUL refers only to a part of a shoe and YOU and GOD are on a first name basis, YOU better THINK again If YOU thought this was a LOVE CONNECTION. Secondly we must be willing to heed the voice of the LORD. Yes, even when the LORD is saying that nerdy guy in your science class is the one for you. So what if he doesn`t look like DENZEL, He is going to TREAT YOU like the JEWEL that YOU are and NOT only that, but also HIS SOUL and YOURS will COMMUNE with EACH OTHER. In order to heed the voice of the LORD we have to put on the back burner, OUR OWN THINKING. God said that you would be GIVEN the DESIRES of your HEART. Apparently YOU desire nerdy little geeks, if that is the one The LORD sends YOUR WAY. Take it from SOMEONE who knows. If you ENJOY PLAYING, stay on the PLAYGROUND. There are PLENTY of PLAYMATES Out there to OCCUPY your TIME. But don`t SPEND too much time PLAYING or you may PLAY your LIFE AWAY. Eventually YOU will NEED to come in from PLAYING and be READY to RECEIVE the SOULMATE that GOD has WAITING for YOU
