I'm one of those guys that you can really say loves life. Not many people would try anything once, but that's me Sky-diving and mountain biking are on the to-do list. Cooking isn't just a hobby it's my passion in life. I've been a chef for the past 17 years. Most recently, I currently work for Flik as head chef of one of there many units. Creating asian-latino fusion is my forte, and I like to add some of my Jamaican flare, as well. I'm a modest guy, to say the least, but when it comes to my culinary skills I'll flaunt what I got. When it comes to meeting people, I'm a very social person. I like meeting the parents, too .
