Eye am a spokenword artist, Actor and Writer. You'll probably notice that there are more females than males on my page. No disrespect to my brothah's and eye am by no means a womenizer. But eye do love women, for many reasons. It seams that sistah's have it the hardest in this world. They have worked so hard and are the backbones of the most Powerful leaders, they are the ones to make things work, but tends to get no credit for it.
Eye want sistah's to be empowered and know that they are strong people, who have been purposely written out of history and religion by mankind. Eye think that most men are intimidated by women. They feel as if they need to downplay them in order to feel like the so called man of the house...etc. The media have sold us the image of the small/petite woman as being the major idea of beauty. Eye think they fear the possibilities of a physically strong female, so they make them feel insecure to crush them mentally/psychologically as well.
Eye think that if women ran the world on the forefront, then there wouldn't be so many wars and the world would be a better place. When man decided to distort and re-edit the bible to apeal themselves, they destroyed the original laws of nature. Mankind convinced and manipulated the world into believing that God is a he rather than a She. So throughout the generations it has become the norm for God to be a he, and everyone was taught not to question it. They have lied so much, that the bible and the history books have two differant perceptions of the beggining. One says that the world had no form, dark and God created Adam and Eve, but the history books tell us that it all started with dinosaurs and cavemen. Someone lied somewhere along the line.
There is so much eye have in me about women, but eye don't have enough time and space to word it the way eye need to. But eye will someday, and you'll read about it.
Ok, back to me again. Eye also hope to empower youth. Children from the ghetto's who are educated through what the media says is the norm. Eye want to give them a voice, letting them know that they are more powerful than they think they are.
Eye want to encourage children to read and write more, to be their own leaders and to create their own world. Eye guess this is one of my main reasons of writing. Being a poet allows me to litteraly and verbally go anywhere eye desire. It has no particular form, and allows me to express the true me. Poetry is a very useful tool. After all, the word is God.
