The music I`m feeling now is Spiritual and R&B.
A book I`d recommend:so you call yourself a man by T.D JAKES. Now I am reading thru the bible series by J.Vernon McGee...Leviticus chapter 1-14. The funniest movie I`ve seen recently: none(I love sci-fi). A quote I like: "Treat others like you want to be treated." My heroes: Grandfathers and Grandmothers. A recent accomplishment I am proud of: I gave my life back to GOD. Reading Matthew 6:25-34...Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your body, what you will wear..Worry for our children as they grow to climb trees, ride horses drive cars and assert their independence. We also worry about our finances and wonder if tomorrows needs would be met. These worries turn into fear and often escalate into panic, leaving us emotionally drained through the years. We have learned(from our bible study) to lessen our worrying by following four steps... First: WE stop and give thanks for whatevers happening and remind ourselves that God is in control at all time(he is not a part time God). Second: We empty out all our fears and anxieties at the end of each day, consciously committing people and situation into Gods care. Third: We fill our mind with the promise of God, which will never fail,(by studying the bible REGULARLY). Fourth:As we go about our daily work, We visualize Jesus walking beside us guiding us in our decision, giving us strength when we we get weary and helping us handle one step at a time...These steps help us to experience the "Peace which surpasses all understanding."(Philippian4-7) Perhaps they can do the same for you. Today prayer..."Dear God thank you for your promise to walk beside us. Replace our worries with your peace." Amen. ---Get ready to be filled----------Are you tired of praying and having no results? When you fast, you`re setting yourself up for answered prayer God has promised that if you fast in the right way, he will hear and answer."Then you will call and the lord will answer, you will cry for help and he will say Here I am Isa. 58:9"Why will God answer your prayer? It is because when you fast, you are open to him. your spiritual capacity to hear and receive is increased, You are empty of own interests, and you are ready for him to fill you----------------------
