Hey Bp! Hopefully everyone who comes across the page is doing wonderfully today :-)! Well it`s around that time again to add another year to my life. Originally, I saw it very much as a negative thing since I`d be 25 (*Ouch* LOL). However my outlook has changed some due to the recent tornado that came through the area. Life is so precious and you are never promised the next day, hour, minute or even second. I know I am blessed that minimal damage affected me and my loved ones because areas very close nearby were not as lucky. It`s truly a blessing that I have made it this far in life, so instead of reacting negatively, I`ve got to make sure to revel in the all the blessings bestowed upon me. With all the storms and chaos that happened recently throughout the Midwest, there are so many that didn`t make it and my heart and prayers go out to the their loved ones because I know a lost is never easy to take. However, you just have to remember God never gives us more than we can bear!!!

A LIL ABOUT ME:

I am livin in tha Southern Illinois and St. Louis area, but unfortunately I am not in Chicago. I`m a friendly person who enjoys meeting new people! I`m getting old yall, its the big 24 for me now and I`m looking to try to get my life together. I am single, no children and I am a real down to earth female who likes to have fun chilling with frens, shopping (what women doesn`t LOL), bowling, skating, going to Dave & Busters, going to the movies or having blockbuster nights. I`m pretty versatile so anything that seems fun is alwayz cool. I don`t drink or smoke because that is not me but I don`t hate on people who do. I am alwayz willing to meet new people and try new things. I think doing new things is something that everybody should do once and while.

Well I got my degree in Biology with a Medical Science specialty. Since I graduated I am in the midst of looking for work in a research laboratory setting (So anybody with connections holla at a sista and hook a sista up! LOL); however I am still in pursuit of my dream to go to medical school and become a doctor. That`s just put on hold for a lil while, and with God`s grace I will be heading to fulfill my dream soon!

I`m currently single but not really looking for anyone. Right now I`m focused on getting my career in order. Plus, recently I`ve been involved in some pretty crazy relationships that have really taken a toll on me so I`m trying to deal with that and try to become a stronger person 4 my next love. Hopefully the Big Love! :-) LOL But on a positive note, I have some of the greatest friends a girl could ever want to have and they make sure I am never lonely! Thank yall, u know who yall r! I really enjoy meeting new people and forming new friendships, so feel free to leave a note.

Some people think I`m a little on the shy/quiet side, especially if we`re first meeting, but once you get to know me, most people say I never stop talking!:-) I alwayz been a lil shy ever since I was little. :-) People usually try to stereotype me negatively, but really most of their stereotypes are wrong. I am very easy toget along with and can be the nicest person although like everyone, I have my bad side too. I don`t try to be something I am not. I keep it realat all times because to me, what`s the point in not keeping it real? One thing I make a necessity in a friendship of any kind is honesty straight up. I don`t like lies, they just complicate things when you could just be honest and avoid the complications. You feel me?

I hate to have to include this but this is to the haters out there...

Where is the BP community that I have alwayz loved? It seems most of the genuine people are being evicted and in move all the hateful people. I don`t understand why it is that people wanna hate so much. What the purpose of trying to hurt someone else by ur words? I don`t understand it, fa real!!! There are more important things in life yall, we should just stop all the hating!!! If you have something negative to say how about you just leave and keep the comment to yourself!!!!
