"Peace" to all the people who pass through my spot... Thank you for coming through.
About, me... My name is Bruce. I am a artist by enlightenment. I guess my canvass is the world. I write. I capture images in the form photographs. The previous, is my passion. I am a lover. I am sexual. I am revolutionary. I am a father. I am a brother. I am a son. I am a bachelor and master of public health. I am eater. I love chicken and orange soda. I am a listener. I am a talker. I am sad once and while. I am over joyed once and a while. I am an Omega. I am me. Who are you?
My book titled (I JUST EXPLAINED WHAT HEAVEN IS by Bruce Jennings) is now available at amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com and retail stores across the country. This book has sold a remarkable 3,000 units. But, I need everyone`s support. African American authors need opportunity for big publishing deals. Please support and get your copy ASAP! In addition, I am putting the finishing touches on my highly anticipated sophmore collection of poems, (BROWN DRESS THOUGHTS). Hopefully, it will be in stores Fall of 2005.You can read a excerpt from the books down below.

It is rare that I put someone else`s poem on my page since I am a writer however, I feel that in this day and age the following words need to be read:
this is what we should do: love the earth and sun and the animals, despise riches, give food to everyone who ask, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labor to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning god, have patience and indulgence towards people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown or to any man or number of men, go freely with powerful uneducated persons and with the young and with the mothers of families, read these leaves in the open air every season of every year of your life, re-examine all that you have been told at school or any church or in any book, dismiss whatever insults you own soul and your very flesh shall be a great poem
BLACK FOLKS... we have some house keeping to do. We have problems within our own race. Within our own communities.Within our families. I don`t have to spell them out. You know them. We need to clean up. How can we ever demand equality and respect from others if we are not true to our selves? Are you ready sweep, throw out, dust and polish? I got my plastic gloves on and my smock on. Within my life, I take care of my son, my 3 sisters and my business. I vote. I pray. I love. I write. I tell myself the truth. Even, about the ugly things. I dance. I sing. I hope. I believe. I listen. I talk. I wait. Walk with me.
