AUGUST 2007 BP, I've been so inactive on here lately but I'm here to check out the changes and try to get back into the mix. When time permits, I will update my information and pictures to give you a glimpse of what's been happening in my world since we last spoke. What's good BP? After reading a real comical observation about BP activity on someone's page, I thought that I should add a little disclaimer on here about the photos on my page so that you know that I'm not trying to pull the "okie doke" about their "newness"...lol. The most recent pic of myself dated 12/06 is me in my office with a multi blue colored striped shirt and my hair pulled back in a bun. The 2nd most recent pics are both dated 8/04 and its the main pic on the top of the page, and the graduation pic with me and the kids. All of the other pics on here are ancient history.

Q. Why do I still have the old school pics up (dated 2001-2002)?

A. When BP did the site update, they pulled all the pics out of the saved pictures folder and just reloaded them onto my page, and I just left them up there for grins and giggles (the pics of the kids are funny since they are like twice that size now).

It's been over a year since my last update but I wanted to leave my 2004 testimony up for as long as possible because I wanted as many people to read it as possible.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much has happened in the past year that I wont even try to recount everything right now since I am still at work, but I will list the highlights below:

FINANCIAL - I snagged a pretty decent paying job that is affording a lifestyle that would not have been
possible in the DC area for a single mother of 4.

I purchased a brand new 5br, 3ba house that I am still thanking God for. Sometimes when
I'm pulling out of my garage (in my new car) and I see it in the rearview mirror, I am so
overcome with awe that I have to stop the car and give thanks right there in the driveway.


HEALTH - No major complaints here for myself or my kids, so once again, I'm thanking God for keeping
us whole and in good health. Oh yeah, I had to get my Wisdoms removed since they'd been
giving me grief for quite some time, but its over and done and I've been put out of my misery.



SOCIAL - I found LOVE!! Sometimes we look so hard to find that perfect someone that we've dreamed
of all of our lives, only to miss that person because they were right there all the time, but we
either never noticed, or chose to stay in denial since the package seemed a little different
than what we envisioned.


SPIRITUAL - You know the saying. I'm not everything that I need to be, but I'm a whole lot better than
I use to be!! I continue to grow my spiritual side each day and continue to choose God
when faced with dilemnas that I can't solve....I choose God.
I'm SOLD OUT, so I ain't EVER going back to what I was.. :)


FAMILY - My kids are pretty kewl and are being faced with the regular kid challenges. They
have conquered some things, and some they still need to work hard to overcome, but my
heart and gut tells me that they are going to choose God's way when they really need to
and He will guide them from there.
