While researching this topic, I read an article asking if men should have the right to “financial abortions” when fatherhood was NOT their choice. In other words, is it ever okay for a father to opt of parenthood? Unfortunately many men do just that. Opt out of fatherhood, that is. I’m going to write about a situation that most of us have found ourselves in at one time or another. Here’s the scenario, boy meets girl, boy likes girl, girl doesn’t like boy back (chemistry), dismisses boy’s romantic overtures and promptly banishes boy into, you guessed it, THE FRIEND ZONE!!!
