I know a couple of folks on here have been wondering where I disappeared to.....well I have been studying for my state boards...so sorry if I have not been communicating the way I should....but i wanted to let everyone....I PASSED!!!! I AM NOW A NURSE!!! So I wanted to thanks those who have encourage me...thank you..... much love...MUAH

Clean slate

Starting a fresh

Tabula rasa

Erased tablet of regrets

Of heartbreaks,

and most of all

Leaking wounds that just won't heal

Vindicated of toxic thoughts that invade my mind

And spirit

Empty of those what ifs, maybes, shoulda, coulda, wouldas

Free of missed opportunities to love, kiss and be liberated emotionally

I have exonerated myself from any charges that have been self imposed

Here we are It's been awhile since inspiration have same my way to write a poem....life detours can strip you of your creativity if you allow it....I hope you enjoy my rebirth into the world of poetry...much love
