Worked in corporate world as an Operations Manger and Administrative Manager. Laid off in late 2006 and decided to change my career goals. Traded the blue and black suits for control.... and a path to create my own bank!
Knew a down sizing was coming, god bless good connections. Decided to take a chance and do something new and fresh. In my free time I studied real estate & investing, learned how to craft some dry-wall, swing a nail gun, lay hardwoods and on & on. After being laid off, I jumped at the chance to become an investor. I set out to buy every foreclosure or stress property I could afford and renovated with help. My journey in this life has not been easy -Prayer-Prayer-let me keep it REAL, but I learned failure does not mean the end. It only mean you should do it differently the next time you try. Now life is GOOD! Even have had time to drop some tracks in the studio.
