What up my peoples.....my name is Amber. I was born and raised in Inglewood California, but i now live in Hoffman Estates Illinois. Im not looking for anything in particular, but im definately not lookin for someone to sleep with. sorry, just not that type of girl. oh and i dont like females like that, so ladies, please no lesbian notes and fellas, no i will not have sex with ur girlfriend, female lesbian friend, sister, cousin, whatever. other than that im a real coo down to earth person who loves to laugh and have intelligent conversation from time to time. Before you continue, please note: I am not focusing on the negative, i am not promoting race wars, i am not trying to put any race down. all i am saying is just open your eyes, learn, not live, from you past. a lil bit of history never hurt no one. plus this is just how i feel. the following words are my thoughts and feelings, no one is about to change them. and if you have nothing but negative things to say to me about my knowledge keep it pushin. i aint got time for all that June 5, 2008: Ok so i was readin some profiles, yes i actually take tha time out to read what people have to say. anyways i came across this profile where a gentleman explains why black women cant find good black men. he goes on to say that they aren't in prison and that there are more educated brothas out there, but women are settling for anyone wit a job. now this isnt a direct quote of what was on his page, but hell, its close enough. anyways, reading this, really struck a nerve with me. Im not sayin he's wrong or anything but i also know a few more things about why the black community as a whole acts the way they do. so before i drop some knowledge on my black people i suggest my black people and every other race read the Willie Lynch Letter. For those of you who wont take the time out of ur oh so important day to read a bit a history but have the time to be on my page on bp here u go: The Willie Lynch Letter is a letter from one white slave owner to another. he goes on to explain how to solve the problem of slaves running away and blah blah blah. he says his idea will work for 300 years or even more which is evident in today's society now. Mind you, this letter was written in 1712. he tells slave owners to pitch the young black males vs the old black males, light skinned blacks vs, dark skinned blacks, and male vs female. he tells them to do this all while making sure the slaves only trust, respect and love their owners. the letter goes on to say that in order to do this, you have to "break" the negro. back then we(blacks), were considered equal to wild horses. So what they would do is gather all the slaves, men, women, and children. and they would take the biggest and strongest male slaves and tie each limb to a horse and send those horses running in different directions, literally breaking the man. they did this in front of the women and the children to put fear in their hearts, and did it ever work! the whole idea was to show the other men that they will be broken and to show the women that this is the fate of their husbands and their sons. in turn the women became more independent for fear of losing their husbands and babied their sons for fear that they too will be broken. ever wonder why moms treat their sons like babies? well there u have it. its been 296 years and this is still working today. Light skins fighting dark skins, male vs female and old vs young. So ladies, its not that men aint %#&@$! and fellas it aint that chicks want too much. as a race we've been enslaved by white folks, but most importantly we are still slaves to them and slaves to ourselves. Now im not sayin we should all go out and be pissed off at white folks, cuz lets face it, that never did %#&@$!. what we need to do is stop fightin each other and become unified. ok sorry for soundin like the next MLK Jr or whatever but %#&@$! its true. and frankly im tired of both sexes claimin the other aint bout nothin. we've been conditioned to be this way and its bout time we stopped.
