You do not come to life totally helpless and lost. When you are born, the general direction of your journey is very clear. You have a gender. You are expressing a particular ethnic heritage. You are born in a particular location under a specific set of circumstances. These are the general parameters of your journey. It is up to you to determine the specific route you will take and what your final destination will be.
What you do with what you have been given in life is entirely up to you. You are free to move in any direction you choose, at any time you like. Keep in mind that once you start the journey you can change your mind about the direction in which you want to go. You are free to go up or down, forward or backward at any time and at your own pace. If you ever get lost or lose your footing on the journey, all you have to do is get in contact with the One who sent you here in the first place! S/He will be more than willing to help you get back onto the path of your choice.
