Wazzup BP!



This be that chic Ms Pooh. I`m representin that StL of course. I graduated from Harris-Stowe State University December 2006.



Sometimes I find myself reading poetry and alot of the poems I read are love poems, unfortunately. I don`t mind love poems but sometimes they can really make you think about things harder than you might want to. We`ll I found some poems that I thought I could add to my page to liven it up a lil, so here they are.



Game over, you lose.



You were the one for me.

You were my destiny.

I loved you more than life itself.

I prioritized you over everyone else.

It`s too bad you never understood

I loved you as much as I could.

I talked about you night and day.

Too bad all those feelings have gone away.

All I wanted was to feel your warm embrace

And gate at you pretty face.

I waited for you on my hands and knees.

Now that I am gone--you will see?

Though I wanted to be with you at any cost,

Our game of love just ended...and you`ve lost.



Letting Go



Though I love you so much,

I want you to know,

though you mean everything to me,

I`m learning to let go.



My feelings for you will never change,

they just won`t always seem as strong.

But things stopped working out long ago,

that`s when everything went wrong.



How could I let this happen,

knowing what we shared couldn`t last?

Please dont`t let me become part of your unremembered past.



I remember how happy we were,

when we were boyfriend and girlfriend,

but it was so long ago

when those days came to an end.



I can`t even remember how it felt,

being so far apart.

This separates us even more,

the distance tormenting my broken heart.



I`ve decided that I`ll try,

try to find another.

But the feelings I had for you,

I`ll never feel for any other.



There will always be aplace in myheart,

holding on to memories of this the sweetest days I`ll know,

the ones I`ll always miss.



These broken-hearted feelings,

are something I wished to never know,

but I`m feeling them now,

`cause I love you and I`m letting you go.....



A lil about myself:

I`m 5`8, with hazel eyes. My skin complexion is carmel.

My favorite color is black, not to say I`m gothic or nothing. I love too have fun and kick it with my friends whenever possible.

I Cry



Sometimes when I`m alone I Cry,

Cause I am on my own.

The tears I cry are bitter and warm.

They flow with life but take no form

I Cry because my heart is torn.

I find it difficult to carry on.

If I had an ear to confiding,

I would cry among my treasured friend, but who do you know that stops that long, to help another carry on.

The world moves fast and it would rather pass by.

Then to stop and see what makes one cry, so painful and sad.

And sometimes...

I Cry and no one cares about why.
