Ok so here it is i've been around awhile and lived in alot of places and seen many things. I've been in construction and real estate so i'm very familiar with mortgages and how banks work. When the banking industry changed the lending rules back in the 90's we went from having a choice of 15 yr or 30 yr mortgage to a thousand different ways to borrow money. The right of the jury to be told of its power.

Almost every jury in the land is falsely instructed by the judge when it is told it must accept as the law that which is given to them by the court, and that the jury can decide only the facts of the case. This is to destroy the purpose of a Common Law jury, and to permit the imposition of tyranny upon a people.

Without the power to decide what facts, law and evidence are applicable, juries cannot be a protection to the accused. If people acting... (continue reading)

Doesn't that make you want to puke. Thoes words have been used by Presidential hopefuls for the past two decades and we still vote demacratic or republican. My question is, both parties tell us to vote for change so why don't we?
