i`m now in south florida... oakland park, to be exact....
been down here awhile now, and established some routines... got a
good flow going now....
playing ball in a couple of leagues... enjoying south beach, and
ft. lauderdale...

i`m a certified personal trainer, i generally work out of the
commercial bally total fitness gym... as i`ve been teaching pilates
allegro pretty regularly there since the beginning of the year... a
couple changes, you do have to be a member, or buy a pay as you go
membership, to train with me...(at bally`s that is...) i will come
to you, if you have the facilities or space to work in...
i also do mortgage loans (been in the business for just about 3
years now..)... I`ve taken on a partner in the mortgage biz... so
we now have a staff... and the process is that much smoother...
