personal message

Black/Cherokee Indian, 5'3 1/2, confirm Catholic originally from Warrensville Hts, (Cleveland) Ohio. For starters I like to read a lot, love anything about the outdoors especially the country, I love piano music, sometimes I enjoy cooking, playing chess, I love salsa dancing, and quite quality time writing in my journal. U.S. Navy (Radioman) Vet, and via the Navy have traveled to Spain. Thus I would like to travel to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Alaska, and down in the Caribbean. My favorite TV shows is anything on Discovery Times, History Channel, or TRUTV. Favorite colors are hunter green and earth tones. Everyday I look forward to learning and living my Black/Native American (Cherokee) culture. I'm a a college graduate with degrees in accounting and business with emphasis in forensics.

On February 19, 2010, I was confimed for my Masters of Business Administration : Managing in the Global Economy and currently I am working on my Education degree with a concentration in Math and Science.  But I still hope to meet librarians who are active members of the Freemasonry Prince Hall fraternity and/or the order of the Eastern Star.

I live on St. Croix, USVI. I like to work in my yard and fixing things in and around my house. And, yes I have my own tools along with how-to-books. I dress professional for my job, (Senior Revenue Agent) but I'm a black cowboy hat, T-shirt, jeans, and old style penny loafer's person.

Since completing my MBA I have changed my focus to teaching and it is my hope to meet people who have the same interest.

Praise to Egungun (the Spirit of Our Ancestors)

E nle oo rami o.
I am greeting you my friends.
Be ekolo ba juba ile a lanu.
If the earth worm pays homage to the earth the earth always gives it access.
Omode ki ijuba ki iba pa a.
A child who pays homage never suffers the consequences.
Egun mo ki e o.
Ancestors I greet you.
Egun mo ki e o ike eye.
Ancestors I greet you with respect.
Ohun ti wo ba njhe lajule Orun.
Whatever good things are being eaten in the realm of the ancestors,
No mo ba won je.
Eat my offering with them.
J'epo a t'ayie sola n'igbale.
Eat richly from the earth.
Omo a t'ayie sola n-igbale.
The children of the earth are grateful for your blessing.
Ori Egun, mo dupe.
I thank the wisdom of the ancestors.
Ase.
May it be so.
