To Whom It May Concern:
These are the ideas that I have for the Rowland Youth Club. I will have counselors available to help the children with the problems at home also counselors for teenage pregnancy and how to have safe sex also classes for the young mother on how to care for her baby and young ones, also there will be a drug and alcohol program for the children who have parents with a substance problem and how to cope with their parents and the problem at home. The community center will have people available to help the children with homework and how to deal with peer pressure instead following the crowd as to where they may end up getting into trouble. I know myself as a parent I would not like this to happen to our children of today, I would like to see the children succeed in life. I would to have the children go out on field trips but in order to these things we need funding to make this happen. We would need bussing and buildings and people that would really help our children. We would have the center open six days a week and will have a 1-800 number for children who really need to talk someone or have an emergency, it will be a 24 hour hot line for the surrounding area. I would like to have your help and approval to get what I would need to have the community center and youth club. Thank You for your time center>
