Hello 2u,My name is (Q),,,I was born in a small city in michigan call FLINT just 75 miles north of detroit,and coming up as a child,I did not see things really in black or white or rich or poor,All i knew is that we lived across the tracks,And what was on the others side of the tracks,people just like me And coming as a child I did what all kids do at that age i played and played all day long,,,and toys you name it and i had it, from BBs guns to mini bikes ...well you can see that i was spoil ...But all that came to an end,that..s when he came,Who you ask? My little brother ,after him i got nothing,,, well to me it was nothing hell entil i was 12 x-mas was just for me,(lol)But also at the age of 12 my pops got me a set of drums with percussion.And at that time in my life i just had a felling that music was going to be with me for the rest of my life,So by the age of 16, I was playing in small bands in the city, and sounding real good too, I had pick up a real good ear and feel for it,A year or two later i was on top of my game playing at all of the hot spots in the city from hold in the wall to some of the best places in michigan...and if you love music back in the day...You had to be downtown at wilson park on a sunday,,, live music outdoor fun ...after putting together some of the badest bands menber to make up some the badest groups in michigan,What was next? studio work,,that was cool got a change to meet some cool people in music,,,that when i came down here to houston... but the big city nothing like flint and as time move on ,my life was change ,but my music is still in me Its the choices that we make in our life that make us who we are ....Q.
