O.J. is not only innocent, but his trial underscores how vindictive law enforcement can be. Setting up a sting to 'catch' O.J.? Really? I'm so glad that an ex-football star is off the streets! Now all we have to worry about is bin Laden, school shootings, racial profiling, tampered goods, poor economy, failing schools, the fact that most white people have a bad impression of our race, and AIDS. Whew!

Be A Witness

After the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you shall receive power to do so!

Barack Obama? Wow, are we really ready  for this? I mean, I am Republican, and I was ready to give it up for Huckabee-Romney, but we can be a few short months from electing a Black President. You might be a nay sayer, but I'm very excited.

Read. IF you don't understand it, research it. Stop listening to the opinion of others and just accepting it as truth. Our generation is dying, literally and figuratively, because of lack of knowledge of what is true. All this technology is doing us no good if we are only online to check e-mail, and MySpace and all that.

Remember: Be very, very slow to make judgement--if we attempt to understand more,  then we will be wiser.

Hmm. We all have issues.

Before we judge, can't we just first look inwardly?

Is it because we can see spots on others without addresing the giant soiled stains all over us?

It's all good when it's some celebrity with their business on the news, but what happens when YOUR face is on the front page?

It's timeout for judging: love someone through their mess or just leave them alone....but remember:

What goes around comes around

The same people you step on to climb up will be the ones to reach for when you fall.

 I mean, I get weak. I give in to fleshly desires. It's now before the Lord. I don't know how to fix it, but I know He has an answer.

I struggle, I get weak, I fall, sometimes, I don't even try at all. I know the path I should be walking cause I'm literate, but sometimes curves and eyelashes make me ignorant. The truth is I made my own bed and I lie in it, praying to forgiven for sin and not die in it.

Michael Vick got sold out. Yeah, he technically broke the law, but why is dogfighting worse than:

1. Cops beating brothers senseless
2. Misleading a nation to war
3. CEOs still billions

Okay, ladies, here's one. In the movie, "Hitch", Will Smith states that his character helped women get out of their own way. My question is: what do you want in a man? If he can take care of you, how can he get the chance to prove it? LOL. If you just knew how many females are into me now, but when I was younger, they dissed me. Ironically, I attempted to warn them about their freestyling sexcapades with these pseudo-thugs and such, but they felt like that's what a man was. Now, after being used all up, they see a guy like me: God-Fearing, neat appearance, gainfully employed, great father and role model, and they want a piece. Was it just that they couldn't take how I used to "appear"? I mean, look how pop culture exploits it: geeky, dorky people seemingly go through a magical transformation and become super attractive. With that being the case, why not learn to treat all people equally, and giving all guys a fair shot at you? Just a thought.

Speaking of ladies' bad decision in love. Stop giving it up so soon. What I mean is: stop having sex within a short while of meeting someone. Guys will not agree but I would like to see more women make guys work for their affection, versus giving it up just because. That's all I'm saying.

James 1:5, in the Holy Bible, teaches that we should ask God for wisdom, especially if we recognize that we do not have any of our own. So instead of seeing what Oprah says, or getting advice from people who are stuck in the same rut you are, get on your knees before Him, and let Him do something for you.

"Intellects don't believe in God, but they fear us just the same!" - Erykah Badu. Now, I'm not sure if you she is a true believer in Christ, or one of these Five Percent (who are deceived), but it is a potent quote nonetheless. I have seen so many books trying to disprove God, Jesus, Christ, the Holy Spirit and the body of believers altogether. Here's my issue though: What's the big deal? I can come out of my mouth and shred up anything they say to the contrary of my faith. But I really wanna know why Christians bother non-Christians so badly? We have freedom of religion, which was really supposed to protect the Christian values of the entire nation. Satan has deceived the minds of "freethinkers'' into misinterpreting the language and caused confusion. Now, as a result, in the nation of so-called freedom, every Christian institution and creed and motto is under attack. You say He is not real. You say we are all following for nothing. But you have your freedom, why can't we have ours? If you don't want to believe, fine. It's your bag, but stop trying to block what I want to do.

However, this might not be able to happen. Gays want to be married (how ironic is THAT?). Marriage was ordained by God, between one man and one woman. Period. So, sorry, Rosie O'Donnell and Massachusettes (is that spelled right), you are all incorrect.
