Now that that's out of the way, here's a little about me. I have just recently moved to the Virginia area to continue my engineering career. Yep it's time to make a fresh start with a new place, new job and new beginnings. Hopefully I can meet some new and exciting people while here. We will see how that goes lol. I am very laid back with a funny personality. I enjoy working out, traveling, and any type of sports activity as well as comedy or live poetry clubs. Without a doubt you are the most powerful force known to man
A force so unique, yet with your physique appear to be soft like beachy white sand
A force that stems from years and years of tribulation, degradation, but humiliation she knows not
Because her soul keeps her stature held upright, her head up high, striving to push on...

Not to mention... the girl you saw standing at the bus stop
One child in one hand, books in the other and yet another child with one sock on...
And one damn flip flop!

Baffled as you look at her in astonishment, seeing that she still smiles as the day goes by
2 kids, 3 jobs, 15 credit hours, paying for daycare and a 2 bedroom apt by herself...
And still...not a worry in the sky

In other news, that same ho as you called her last night soon becomes your past, your present and yes... your future
Future replicas of a Marian Anderson, Maya Angelou, Althea Gibson, Harriet Tubman, Zora Neale Hurston and the lovely Rosa Parks...as of late
Not to mention the plethora of prominent black women dating back as far as the first day of slavery
Climbing her way to the top to become America's own... SECRETARY OF STATE
The fact of the matter is...she has been there from the beginning... and she will be there when it's all said and done
And while she carries the world on her shoulders she still finds time to support you (her strong Black Brotha) and to me that makes her SECOND TO NONE
