My name is April. I currently attend Florida State University, pursing my MSW (masters in social work). I recently graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a B.A. in Sociology. My goal is to become a LCSW (lincensed clinical social worker) and work in the healthcare setting and somewhere down the line, work for the VA (Veteran Affairs). I am a Christian, first and foremost. I love the Lord! I try to live my life according to his Word. One thing about me is that I am a laugher! I love to laugh and have fun! I am also very optimistic, even in the worst of situations. I thrive on positivity, negativity is not welcomed here. I enjoy helping others and bettering situations for people in need, which is one of the reasons I am going into a helping profession. I am very ambitious; I work hard for what I want. Right now, my current focus is school and graduating in the Spring (2011).
