I also admire you for sharing with others. It also saddens me that some of your family members turned away from you. I'm sending you a hug.
My youngest brother died at the age of 30 from AID in 1993. I prayed back then for a cure and continue to do so.

Hello new friend....

what television show were you on?? i know i'm not tweaking, unless im having visions of the future.. lol. Anyway, keep doing what you do. People think that the concept of HIV /AIDS is toO far fetched, but little do they know how possible it is in the blink of an eye. A cut, unprotected sex, or simply hereditary... HIV/AIDS is alive, keep educating girl, because people take a whole lot for granted...

One day I was called to talk to people overseas. My destination is Dakar, Senegal. I told my story how heavily the HIV/AIDS victims disposition weighs in my heart and it will not let me rest to help.

Lady of Grace?Woman of Peace

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror.
What I saw today was different than any other day.
Yesterday, I saw myself?a sinner, ugly, black, scarred, stained.
Before I went to bed, I said my prayers to the One who created it all.

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror.
What I saw today was different than any other day.
Today, I saw myself?saved by grace, beautiful, black, washed cleaned, eyes filled with hope and peace.

What caused the change?

I finally decided that there was One who was greater than I was.
One who promised me that He would wash me white as snow?.
My only responsibility was to proclaim HIM, call HIM by His name?
Believe like I have never believed?. trust like I have never trusted.

I had to forgive, as I now understood that I was forgiven.
I had to love like I now understood that I was loved.
I had to extend mercy and grace, as I now understood that grace and mercy was mine.

What I see today is a lady of grace, kissed on the forehead by a Father who
Not only created me, but constructed me divinely for His purpose.
I see what I will be tomorrow, I see what I was in the past, and I see what I can be on this day.

I am a lady of grace fashioned in the image of the Creator, who makes me new each day.

Dear Creator, I except my commission as a lady of grace?. a daughter of yours. Destined for greatness.

Yes, I am a lady of grace. I now walk with my head high filled with the grace and mercy that was extended to me
due to a beneficent and merciful Creator.
