The 1st day on juice diet only.

Like everything in life, if you don't handle it in the right way, you may hurt yourself .

1. well power : have a good reason for doing your fast.

I want to feel the best I can.

Health is always an problem for the live.

The body is always under attack by the elements of time.

I got to remember to drink plenty of water too :-)
