Ive been a Chef for about 12 years now but in cooking professionally for +16 and own a gourmet service company, in addition to being a full time Culinary Instructor. So you can usually catch me in the kitchen creating gourmet fare,watching some cooking show,or something motorsports related or zoning out with some good music or a movie if im in the house...If not then Im out with the fam doing whatever we feel like! Im on here to relax relate and release from the daily grind! I am however allergic to ignorance,and have little tolerance for overgrown children!
