Some words of advice and words I try to live by:

Treat others as you would want to be treated.
I got your back, you got mine...as opposed to the more popular...you scratch my back, i'll scratch yours.
What you spread around sooner or later comes back around.
Save the bull%#&@$!...back up what you say with action or don't say it at all.
Handle your business so others don't have to handle it for you.

One thing I do like is when somebody comes at you, they come at you direct and correct, none of this game-playing, just be open and honest. With me action speaks way louder than words.
