She grew up in Los Angeles, California listening to the soulful sounds of The Emotions, Aretha Franklin and Gladys Knight. Live appearances include dates with Cedric The Entertainer’s group E & J, a fundraiser at the Hollywood Park Casino hosted by Alonzo from the World Class Wrecking Crew and at Watts Up Kennels.Caprice has also opened for Domino in Lancaster, Ca July 2009. Caprice song Love Again was aired on the radio station 100.9 the heat for a week. She also completed a demo with Richard Cason called Having An Affair. Caprice studied under Shirley Brewer, a background singer with Stevie Wonder, to develop her writing and vocal abilities.
