An elder now, 66 and evolving. Signed on with Medicare. Reaping the rewards of aging and the wisdom that comes from it. I've been around long enough to watch this health epidemic happen. Not only are people suffering from physical problems, the mind is also suffering in countless ways because the two are interconnected. The University of Life taught me how to overcome fear. Speaking out because I can. A voice of reason and truth. A great grandmother, I am an advocate for the children as we all need to be. Corporate America, mostly led by white men, are killing us with their toxic food chain. Altered, processed, refined, sugared food and beverages. Food that's addictive ; causes obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression, stress and much more. Companies like Monsanto who alter and process the foods that cause disease to grow in the body don't tell us the truth. The government who subsidizes farmers to grow the corn to make high fructose corn syrup that can be found in almost every item on the grocery store shelf doesn't tell us the truth. Pharma mafia, the ones who make the drugs that dummy people down, mask the problem rather than fix it, don't tell us the truth. Their lust for money, power and greed drive all they do and are. Their goal; to make obscene amounts of money at our expense and laugh all the way to the bank while we die. I'm re-birthing a new website, creating a blog and a radio show to give and receive information from people on the planet who like me, want to speak out and help to make change happen. Obese babies in the womb is not at all normal. Webster's dictionary defines me, a crone, as " a withered, ugly old women; a hag". One does not want to mess with an old woman on the warpath. Stay tuned.

Growing Young,Not Old: A New Mindset
Here to shatter the dogma that older women are over the hill, dried up and have nothing to contribute to society.
The seasoned woman is the wise woman, the grandmother, a woman to be revered.
Every woman will be an older woman one day, so listen up.
If we honor the body, feed, hydrate & exercise it, it rewards us.
If we learn to control the mind rather than allow it to control us, it rewards us.
There is only one mind any of us can directly observe or experience; that mind is our own.
Why then do we expend so much energy observing everyone else's mind?
When we get those parts working in unison then Spirit kicks in & we get to live our bliss.
Took me fifty years to figure it out, now I can't shut up.
The rewards are so great I wrote a book to share with others.
