What women want out of a Social Group

It's all about the women!I'm in the mist of starting a Women Social Resource Site.In order for this to be a success I would like to know what do women want or look for in such a site/group. I can only speak for myself right now but I would love to have a site that is somewhat customized for me. I would visit a site that has resources in business, fashion tips, book clubs, heathly living tips, the latest buzz in entertainment and to be able to have greet and meets with other woman.
