EXPRESSING MYSELF#1- HEALING

I normally don't write notes but today I felt a need 2 express myself!!
I decided I will be doing these from time to time.
For the past couple of months I have been on a healing movement!
Healing my mind,body,soul,heart,etc.
I have been writing my 1st book for about 3 months straight which I am almost finish but I have come to realize that it has been an emotional healing for me. I have been through so much in my soon to be 32 years that even my closest friends don't know until this book comes... (continue reading)
