I read that several reservations that have not had outbreaks in the US are doing that as well

@mz_r_jackson thanks for that. I suspected that because i just moved from Seattle to Tulsa and briefly passed thru a couple of Rez to get to Tulsa and I noticed how it is on the Rez.
