A LITTLE INFO Alabama A&M University 1992-1994 (AAMU) Marine Corps 1995-2002 (USMC) Auburn Univ Montgomery 2002-2006 (AUM) B.B.A., Accounting American Intercontinental 2006- University M.B.A., Finance and Accounting Our Attitudes by Charles Swindoll The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.
Successful is when you are privileged and take advantage of the opportunity given to positively affect the lives of others. This has nothing to do with how much money you have. create your own visited countries map or create your own visited states map Philosophy for a successful life THINK BIG By Ben Carson T is for Talent, which God gave to every individual. Not just the ability to sing and dance and play sports. H is for Honesty. If you live a clean and honest life, you don't have to worry about any skeletons in the closet. If you put them there, they will come back to haunt you for sure. I is for Insight, which comes from listening to those people who have already been where you are trying to go. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, said, A?Wise is the man who can learn from someone else's triumphsand mistakes. The person who cannot is a fool.A? N is for Nice. Be nice to people. Once they get over the suspicions about why you're being nice, they'll be nice to you. K is for Knowledge, which can make you a more valuable person. B is for Books. They are an invaluable mechanism for obtaining success. I is for In depth learning. Learning for the sake of knowledge and understanding as opposed to superficial learning. Superficial learners are people who cram before a test, sometimes do okay, and three weeks later know nothing. G is for God. There is nothing wrong with God. We live in a society where people are always saying, You can't talk about God in public, as if somehow that violates the concept of separation of church and state. At the same time, if it's in our constitution, if it's in our pledge, if it's in our courts, and it's on our money, yet we can't talk about it, what condition are we in as a country? favorite pages
