Music is so important to my life because it can help me to sort through lifes ups and downs. It can reinforce a mood that I`m inor help to change it completely, and the beauty about it is that I can control it simply by changing the song.

Growing up bi-racial has made me sensitive at times to things that most people are unaware of. I feel as though I have had to walk a fine line in life because of what people project upon me when they first meet me. However I have finally become comfortable with who I am. An have come to the realization that for me to become comfortable with myself meant that I had to be less concerned with how comfortable others were around me and let them have there expectations, but understand that they are just that ---THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

I have to admit that it has taken me my whole life upto this point to say that I am comfortable "in my own skin," but I truly am. And I have my wonderful brother that I have to Thank every day, for being there when I needed him. And wether he knows it or not I am forever greatful to him for his friendship and love. So big brother--if you happen across this page Thank You. You have reminded me time & time again how important it is to be myself and true to my beliefs first and formost. And how important it is to put ME first.....



This Poem Might Be TOO DEEP For Some of Ya`ll but I wrote it, and I wanted to share it with everyone.
The Value Of Color
The sky is blue, Grass green
But Still We are all Dying
Color is Killing us one and all,

For the LAST TIME STOP!!
We Accept the Sky as Blue,
& the Grass as Green .

No one argues over such a simple thing.
Why must we argue over similar things?
One man a King Once Had "A Dream"
Another King wanted to know "Why we all couldn t just get along."

Yes, Well, I am not a KING, and I have a dream that we can all get along, without fear of hate or bigotry.
