I'm going to say this, then I'm going to leave it alone: I'm not sure how to even respond to this. I imagine that shock and disbelief are more than likely the most appropriate words to describe what I'm feeling. I say this because, beyond the fact that there are those of us (African-Americans) that should certainly exercise better judgement in assigning names to our children that they will carry for life, it is a sin and shame that a judge should have to pass judgement on such an issue....
