Time to get my day started..house is clean and smelling good. Now time to hit the weights,and take my girls to the water park. Enjoying my day off with my girls! :)

Shit was that ever a long interesting day finally home at 2:20 am,sleep for 4 hours and do it again.

Well up and atter,gettin ready for another day of work.what a beautiful day out,thinking I'll take my workout outside :)
