So you wanna know a bit about me . . . well you took the time to stop by so I am much obliged to do so . . . the name is Marian (or what mom's has called me for yrs--EMPRESS) . . .I'm a born and raised native Houstonian! By origin, I'm Nigerian . . . so I guess you can call me an exotic beauty, right? LOL!
Just when I thought I was finally FFRREEE from the "grip" of the University of Houston . . . I find myself missing that place and I've decided to go back and work on my masters!!! I'm really excited about that and when i get through that then it's NO MORE CAREER STUDENT for this chic! LOL!
I am not the average WOMAN! I am a very PASSIONATE & AMIBITIOUS individual, when it comes to doing what I have to do and gettin` what I want and or to where I am destined to go but understanding that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD FOR THEM THAT ACKNOWLEDGE & LOVE YAWEH!!!!! Call me what u want . . . pompous or even arrogant but this chica right here is a goal setter making it at all ways and costs to accomplish them!!! My motto is "GOLD WITHOUT FIRE CAN NEVER BE PURE GOLD"! Get in my line of vision . . . I'll burn a hole through you! Get in my path . . . I'll run ya ova!! OK OK OK!! I'm not that mean but that is just to show ya my level of ambition and boy it's a BEAST!!! LOL LOOK OUT WORLD!
In my spear time. . . i love mentoring children (no i have none of my own) and i am an aspiring plus size model . . .yes i hear it time and time again . . ."U don`t look plus size" . . .but in this industry ran by skinny minis (lol) . . .i`m considered one . . . spending time with my fam is a MUST and is NOT compromised . . .i'm an avid movie watcher and love many genres (except the comedy, its a bit corny these days) . . . i'm also an R&B chick, old school, new school, i LOVE it all . . . i love to read, its been a favorite past time of mine since childhood . . . traveling (when it's not job related) is also another favorite pastime of mine . . .i guess u can say that its in my blood because we Nigerians luv to travel . . . i believe in staying in touch with my INNER CHILD . . . so you might catch me skating, bowling or maybe even at the playground on the swings or cruising down the slide! LOL Honestly, when it comes down to it i am the kinda gal that will try ALMOST anything once!!! *wink*
And when I converse with the fellas I get this question alot . . . what do women really want??? Well . . . I don`t know what all women want, but I know what this one wants . . .
