I HAVE LEARNED FEELINGS

I feel the Black men and women must become stronger allies to defeat the Problems facing Blacks in America. My objective is to enlighten some, apologize to others, and be a voice of the Black male majority: the downtrodden, lost, caged, forgotten, blamed, and endangered Black men.
Let me start by recognizing the Black women who are: the co-owners, co-makers, queens of the planet Earth, mothers of civilizations, and lovers of the Black man. Of course, a lot of our Black sisters are being other than their beautiful, intelligent, civilized selves and we will discuss why.
Nubian is preferred name by me because whites have tried to give "black" negative connotation. "Nubian" is derived from Nubia, the one-time name of the now-called Africa. Both words describe the original people.
In my many years I have become more aware of the problems Nubian men and women are having living with each other. If other problems confronting Black America are looked upon as the surface manifestations and not the sum total, we would see that the deterioration of relations between men and women relations is causing a myriad of other problems.
We must first recognize that as oppressed people (yes, we are still oppressed), men and women's relationships don't progress at a natural course. Oppressed people, frustrated and angry at their inability to confront their oppressors head on, often developed negative interaction with the people with whom they share relationships. Often, when we are upset with our environment and circumstances, we take our anger out on our loved ones. It's often mental, not physical, abuse.
My motivation is shame and love. I'm ashamed at how I have treated beautiful Black sisters due to lack of knowledge. Now because I love my people, I want to help men and women's relations by sharing my past experiences and insight.
