I am a very laid back type of woman. I am very independent black woman and have my own thing. Smooth Jazz and Neo Soul are my fav music, I like all types of movies, Favorite place is anywhere quiet....I love going to the movies, spending time with my family and friends. I have really gotten into going to the gym and working out. Who new that working out would be fun. I also like spending quality time with that special someone. I believe that love is earned and that you can't fall in love without getting to know someone. I also do not believe anyone that tells me that they love me when they first meet me. Oh yes there are guys on here who think women are desperate or have such low self esteem that they will fall for these lies. Believe me, I don't have low self esteem and I am definitely not desperate for love. Don't get me wrong, I do want someone in my life. But I am willing to wait until God sends me my soul mate. You don't rush God. So I will be patient until that time comes. So please get to know me first.

African Scams 101

Hello Everyone,

Is it me, or has there been a lot of African scammers out there lately. It seems like at least 2 or 3 times a week, I get an email from someone claiming that they are living here in the US but are really in Africa. And it alway seems like they are reading from the same script. You can tell from the beginning of the email that they are not from America. They speak in broken English.
