i'm 16 and i think i'm TOO dark. I feel like i'm pretty but i'd be prettier if i was lighter, not LIGHT skinned, but maybe a nice and pretty brown skinned girl. Guys these days dont like Ebony sistas like my self anymore. And they seem to go for my yella, brown friends rather than me first. So i think i should try lightening myself up.

Am i too dark? u can look at my profile and see my pics to tell me if i am....
should i use skin lightening creams?

I hope you are joking. Not only are your prettier with dark skin than with light skin; light skin is a disease. You don't want that, but if you do, you might as well put pure chlorine bleach on your face, it's the same thing and does the same damage.

You are too young not to know the truth about your skin and why it is dark. And why you shouldn't want it any other color. In fact, you are not as dark as you should be for optimum mental and physical health-but you are better off than a lot of people. Especially people born with asian or european parents-beige people...

I think you are kidding and just trying to get hits to your page, because, this is the 21st century and everyone knows those kind of thoughts are obsolete and outdated...

Girl, you're complexion is gorgeous why you trippin? Skin lightening cream???? Why the hell would you subject yourself to the abuse? Don't do it, please don't love the skin you're in.
