something that most of us learned when were little was to learn from our mistakes. We are not all going to go down the right path and open the right door to all the right people, just grow from it and move forward and please don't categorize all black men as being the same because they're not.

disrespect is an insult
whether it comes from a black man or a white man or an orange man...whether it comes from a black man who prefers white women or a white man who prefers orange women or a green man who prefers purple women - their identity and opinion is not the issue, the point is they disrespected you and that should be enough in and of itself.

you start giving greater significance to men of certain races or men with certain preferences in particular and you will end up just as twisted up and tortured by bias and prejudice as they are.
