embattled Indoor Football League superstar Terrell Owens (who, we believe, used to play in the NFL once upon a time) is getting ready to sue his former team, the Dallas-based Allen Wranglers, for wrongful termination. Once T.O. was booted from the team for alleged contract violations, the Wranglers took it a few steps further by insisting that Owens return the 2012 Jeep Cherokee he had been given, sending an eviction notice, and writing a check for the receiver's ownership share in the team ... which turned out to be for $50.African Americans should buy, start, and own more businesses. If one is a employee, one is always at the mercy of the boss/master. The Boss/Master decided this buck couldn't perform anymore, and decided to put the stupid ball chaser out to pasture. Soon, the stupid ball chaser will be in the s, moaning about how he is having to file bankruptcy, and has brain damage, while the Boss/Master will be sitting in the air conditioned owner's suite, eating a catered buffet, while watching another stupid ball chaser sweating on the field, trying out for a position that the Boss/Master may or may not decide to GIVE to him."It's a story we've seen all too many times. A famous Black athlete rides high during his playing career, or just a few years removed from it while the endorsement opportunities are still rolling in. The athlete gets tagged for child support and/or alimony payments that are in line with a level of income that dwindles significantly within a few years. The famous athlete then gets way, way behind on those payments. Toss in a hard-partying lifestyle, way too many appearances at way too many pathetic public events, and you have the case of....... Terrel Owens."I have no sympathy for him, and others like him. People like Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others, are why America thinks all black males are showboating, criminal, fools. Whenever a educated, non athletic, non dancing, and singing black applies for a job, he is fighting against the stereotypes perpetuated by fools like Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others. What is worse is that shuffling, grinning, and skinning ball chasers like Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others, plant the idea in the minds of young black males, that sports, and music, are the only surefire ways out of the HOOD. The truth is that for every Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others, that makes it to the Pros, there are 10,000+ black males who did not, but put all of their efforts into trying to be. Instead of striving for excellence in education and knowledge, too many Black males are enticed/dazzled by the flash/bling lifestyles that these fools like Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others like to live.It is better to be the owner of the team(and education, and knowledge can get a person to ownership), who hires people like Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and others to "perform", instead of being like terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, and hundreds of thousands of other Black males and having to "dance" for supper from the owner.
