we've been weakened and brainwashed into believing that living with white folks is the best way to live. we've been forced to believe that we must depend on them and loving them is the 'dream' life. so i'm not surprised by the choices that some blacks make, but i am disgusted at how weak we've become and the fact that we don't open our eyes to heal ourselves.

i was just noticing the other day all of the weaknesses we have and adapt to... men, GROWN MEN, thinking it's 'cool' to be a thug still, GROWN WOMEN not taking care of themselves and feeling as though they have to look white, by bleaching their skin, in order to be acceptable... more and more interracial couples on tv, which is saying that the black couple isn't a standard... this all means that black men and women lose respect and true appreciation for one another and don't focus on each other allowing for a chance to heal as a race.

show morePS happening. the last known lynching of a black man wasn't in the 50's or 60's... it was last year! why is it that we have to walk away with a smile each time and forgive so easily? how about some things don't need to be forgiven. it's okay to distance yourself and only focus on your people. or it's okay to say that you love black people more than anyone else because we need it! it's funny how the only way that black men view black women as being 'sexy' is if we're wearing next to nothing, but all in the same breath we're deemed as hoes and b!tches. there are black women that go after the thug type, so there are more and more thuggish (or wanna be thugs) black men than ever. it's a damn shame to hear a 35 year old black 'man' saying, 'wat up shawty, i got dat paper.' and NOW there's a tv show with 10 little black boys being raised by 2 gay white guys. REALLY?! i just turned my head saying 'we're doomed.' so now we have more interracial couples than ever, because of the social media fad, a large majority of gay black men and women, prisoners, and deaths.... does anyone else see the black race at a decline from these poor conscious decisions that we're making? we're basically saying that we hate ourselves!!!

A buffer zone baby is a baby who will defend the white man because either his mother or father is white.
