Senate hopeful, Todd Akin brought to light this Sunday, august 19, 2012 the little known concept of legitimate and illegitimate rape.

The difference between either rape is poorly understood, but Senate candidate Todd Akin gave one clear determinate that identifies illegitimate rape:

Whenever a woman is legitimately raped, her uterus shuts down, preventing fertilization. Therefore, any of the more than 30,000 women who gave birth following rape took part in "illegitimate rape".

He makes that statement because the white man believes that if they screw a passed out drunk woman because she can't say no it is "Legitimate rape".

These people actually make laws and sit on juries.

See, I was under the impression that Akin believed a woman who passed out results in "illegitimate rape" and a possible pregnancy, because her amoral drunkeness leads to laciviousness....

But I asked for clarification, and his office wasn't aware of the situation....
