Hello BP Family. I know that BP has been around, but I'm new to it. I'm also new to Minnesota, so I decided to explore this method of connecting with people. I live about 85 miles south of Minneapolis in a small town, and I've been here since late April 2006. I'm originally from a small town in Louisiana about 20 miles away from New Orleans. Yes, we were effected by Hurricane Katrina. The home that I grew up in was severely damaged. One of the most devastating effects was the scattering of all my friends from Georgia to Texas to Ohio to South Dakota. I've been through a lot over the last year, but I continue to feel optimistic about my future, and I'm looking forward to a new start in Minnesota. I haven't experienced the winters yet, so I'm a little apprehensive I'm 28 years old, 5'4, sexy and athletic. My best feature is my legs..from all the years of playing sports. I'm single, never married. And YES...that's my son in the picture. I'm looking for a man who is masculine but knows how to cuddle when the time is right. I'm the type of woman who will rub your shoulders after a long day of work and watch a football game with. If you ask my friends to describe me, they'd say I'm one of the nicest people they know and I'm fun to hang out with. I'm pretty natural...I don't wear too much makeup, but still look good in the morning. My approach is friends first and then we'll see what happens. Maybe I'll find ♥ .You just never know. I lettered in High School, and I also participated in intramural basketball and flag football in college at Southern University of Baton Rouge. We won a national championship in flag football, and I was an all-American two years in a row. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy in 2002, and I'm hoping to start a master's degree program in Sports Management soon. I'm really into hanging out with friends...playing cards, watching movies, playing pool (I'm pretty good with a stick), listening to music, playing the keyboard and playing computer games. Most people would describe me as initially shy but quite the jokester once you get to know me. I like to hang around people who are laid back and cool. It doesn't matter how much money you make, what kind of house you live in or what kind of car you drive...what matters to me is whether you have a good heart There is a whole lot more to know about me, and I look forward to getting to know you all.
