Happiness…. Something most of us will never grasp in our lifetimes… We run from it… We hide from it… We fight it… We push it into the recesses of our hearts and minds… … until we abandon all thoughts of it And destroy the path to it… We would rather chase a life of misery… … rather than a mere second of happiness Why? Is your heart not worthy? Is your soul… your mind? Life is only but a twinkling…. Misery can feel so long… … rough… grinding… Happiness can be the elixir to that pain … that one thing that makes life just that much sweeter. But… we choose… ... to run from it… …hide from it… …fight it… …push it into the bowels of our being… destroying the path to it… Why?
