I am strong... I take my grief and teach it to smile.
I am brave... I can overcome my fear and help others
to do the same. I am loving... My own pain does not
blind me to the pain of others. I am wise... I know
the limits of my wisdom. I am true... I can admit
there are times I fool myself. I am alive... when
tomorrow's hope means more to me than yesterday's
mistake. I am free... I am in control of myself and
I do not wish to control others I am honorable... I
find my honor in the honor others. I am generous... I
can take as sweetly as I can give. I am humble... When
I do not know how humble I am . I am thoughtful... I
see me just as you are and treat you just as I am. I
are merciful... when I forgive in others the faults I
condemn in me. I am beautiful... I don't need a mirror
to tell me that.

Always remember to forget the things that made you sad.
But never forget to REMEMBER the things that made you
glad... Always remember to forget the friends that
proved untrue. But don't forget to REMEMBER those that
have stuck by you... Always remember to forget the
troubles that have passed away. But never forget to
REMEMBER the blessings that come each day... ARE THE
CUPS HALF FULL? OR ARE THEY HALF EMPTY? Our perception
will change with our choice of attitude. We can decide
to see the cups as "overflowing" by shifting our focus
to what's GOOD in our lives. You'll make the world a
better place by making YOURSELF a happier person, then,
if you should see someone without a smile ... YOU CAN
GIVE THEM ONE OF YOURS!


Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what
you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in;
forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day;
you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit
to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
