A gentle breeze is blowing causing a slight tingle on my skin,

as I wait with bated breath for what I know is about to begin.

A feeling of anticipation has me arrested unable to move,

and so calmly I hear the sound, the tone, the croon.

The atmosphere has been set the room is all aglow,

the rhythm is in the air and I'm trying not to let go,

My eyes are closing and a slight smile is forming on my lips,

It's the last day of vacation............I've had a lovely time.. I came, I saw, I did.. but one thing was left... I kept getting up in 30 min increments looking out of the sliding glass door... still dark.. looking for a little ray of light... not yet... hoping to see what I was waiting for..still no sign..
