I hope your Lord has you in good spirits today i am putting this group together because i`ve noticed that there are no clubs dedicated to islamic culinary; or issues of healthy eating ,and our life style. across the African diasperia is wide. But; they have one thing in common.Spirituality and physical well being go hand in hand. The problem is getting that information out to our people. Treatment for Tooth Ache

Tooth pain is caused when the nerve root of a tooth is irritated. It occurs due to compromised tooth enamel which is allowing material to enter directly into the tooth pulp Most common causes of dental pain are ⿿ dental (tooth) infection, decay, injury, or loss of a tooth (including tooth extraction). Below are some of the ways to ease tooth pain at home.

* A clove of garlic with a little rock salt should be placed on the affected tooth. A garlic clove should also be chewed daily in the morning. It will cure teeth and make it strong and healthy.
* Chewing raw onion for three minutes is sufficient to kill all the germs in the mouth. Toothache is often allayed by placing a small piece of onion on the bad tooth or gum.
* Lime, as a rich source of vitamin C, is useful in maintaining thTooth_Paine health of the teeth and other bones of the body. It prevents decay and loosening of the teeth, dental caries, toothache, and bleeding of gum.
