Description

We the descendants of the Black Africans brought here against our will and forced into involuntary servitude, petition the United States government to establish a superfund in order to start making payments to right an injustice neglected for far too many years, nay centuries. We are patient, but we will not allow you to skipout on this debt. If there are any true Americans who believe in rectifying this stain on the American psyche, please stand up and demand that your government pay what it owes!

Hello!

Paul-Matthew

Paul-Matthew

REPARATIONS NO, NATION YES Reparations involves accepting boundaries set by the federal government and its courts. It becomes exclusively an internal domestic problem under the authority of the code and statutes written by the Unites States legislative and executive branches. These entities are the same ones that caused the problem in the first place, and as Einstein said "one can not solve a problem from the same level of thinking that created it". Understand, the laws of England were build to enrich the Crown. Trade built the empire, because it taught/demanded the European to travel and trade. Profit was and still the only motive. It's just business. It created the "triangular trade" growing the colonies in America, which became the market monopoly for developing the British industrial boom. Remember the tea parties, the King expected monopoly in trade with the colonies, making them vassal (slave) states to the Crown. The colonies could only send their products to England and only use English ships. The Triangular Trade was The American market, fueling the British emerging industry on the backs of African labor. The lynchpin of this mercantilist vehicle was the Navigation Laws, "English measures designed for English ends". Dutch, French, Scotch and Irish competitors were targeted by these statutes and corporations literally went to war, yes warred to achieve corporate profit goals. The colonists rejected their lowered station as vassal states to the king and resisted. When the Crown relented, the colonists had debt to repay the French King. The English King purchased that debt and released the land he granted the colonists on the condition they repay him the debt, in silver and gold. The originals (the 55 signatories of the Declaration of Independence) could not agree on the plan of repayment, ?The Articles of Confederation?, was the first plan after the ?winning? of the war. After it failed, war was averted by writing the US Constitution. Let us establish a premise not held to in the general understanding of the debt document called the Constitution, Black?s Law 5th: from the latin Constituo,--An establishment of settlement. Used of controversies settled by the parties without a trial. A sum paid according to agreement. Presidential candidate John Edwards, in a debate, began his response. ?Here?s what I?ll do as President of the United States for the United States of America?. Yes the United States and the States are two separate entities, for the purposes of administering the national debt. In Black?s 5th the Constitutor is one who by simple agreement becomes responsible for the payment of another?s debt. The Treaty of Paris 1783 Article VII specifies what the English king owned, in America, five years after the end of ?winning the war?. And now indeed, let us identify the "Framers." They were the lawyers that drafted the debt instrument called a Constitution that settled on the method/structure of repayment to the King the loan purchased from the French King ?, said document that established structure of the government. The intent was established in the Declaration of the governed to be removed from government under the letter and prescription of their monarch?s devices and authorities. Contracts are the rule in international law, which is the law of the land. For credit worthiness, one looks at the incidence of the loan on your previous loan. If your credit history is to default on your debts, we are not inclined to believe you will be making your creditor whole. So we are now dealing with the Constitution which is the settlement of the debt, purchased from the French King by the English King. Sovereigns are members of the International Public Order, ipso facto. Literally, Nation-States, represented bodily by their leadership, are sovereign. When States do not actively oppose proposals, in the form of Treaties and Convention, put forward by their peers, silence means consent, Acquiescence is presumed. Domestically, the amendments of the Constitution have all been legally ratified when no active opposition has been initiated with established protocols. If you didn?t like a particular statute your government proffered, you had a duty to oppose it in the legal channel, otherwise you are griping not claiming right of redress. The people no longer have redress. The sovereigns at the forming of this nation, the states and the federal government, would indeed not have been so except for their Declaration that they were so. In effect, the States? pretensions to authority thus established sovereignty and were the entities who, rather than become signatory to the contract/document, ratified it by tacit consent, acquiescence, silence. Once that happens, the constitutors (sovereigns) so designated are responsible for the debt. The people are not a party to this particular act, but become surety(which is to say collateral) for the debt, again through contract (adhesion, implied in fact and implied in law). At this point, one must ask, if one is collateral, what is one's actual status? The truth tends to sting, that's how your can recognize it. Here it is: YOU WERE BORN A SLAVE. Standing is what gives rights, and if you have none, you cannot sue. As for suing the Sovereign government, your standing with the congress people you elect is tantamount to mob rule, also known as Democracy. The people are allowed the illusion of choice, with a ?grant? of authority to politicians (The Aristocratic Republic) to ?act on your behalf?, then they go do what they must which under oath, is uphold the constitution and organize the debt so the note can be paid. That is what they have sworn to do. You can neither sue for malfeasance, because their business is the national debt, nor for ?lying? regarding your interests unless you are a large earner (good citizen/subject/debtor/slave). And finally, the subject/citizen/debtor/slave is barred from suing public official (the government) because they, public officials, have immunity. They have standing, you don't. So what became of these sovereigns? Nothing happened to them. They passed on their sovereignty to their children just like it had been passed to them. What the government has is, at best, colored title granted by the actual land owners: "the Posterity of the People of the United States", America's actual Royal Family. So, after reading this so far, do you still think that slavery was a 'black and white' issue? It was never the plan of this government to free the black man or any other 'common man'. The plan was to use the black man, just like the original common white indentured 'Subjects', and place them side by side in a state of servitude. This was done this by insisting that everybody is equal, and getting you to BUY IT at a very young age. It was done by teaching you in their public schools that you are 'free and equal' and that we must all 'do our fair share' and 'follow the rules just like everybody else has to'. The Federal Reserve note has a Latin phrase surrounding the pyramid on the obverse face, E Pluribus Unum. Out of Many (FOR) ONE. That one is the winner of the commercial wars of Europe, the British Crown. International law operates thru treaties and conventions, i.e., contracts. Even though domestic treaties were written with the people of color indigenous to this continent, the European broke, every one. Why? The force of international law was not behind the efforts of the people. You cannot petition the International Public Order without the Unity of the group comprising your Nation having standing. The incessant internal squabbling of the First Nations tribal communities has kept efforts to establish their sovereign status frustrated. American courts operate in Admiralty/Commercial law, They are no forum for justice, particularly as wards/subjects/citizens/slaves of the Sovereign nation asking for a commercial remedy. Freedom, whether economic. spiritual, physical or social is, of course not free. The price is eternal vigilance for those who would seize, curtail and deny your right of self-determination, who would limit your right of free speech and freedom of association. Honoring each other and the commitments we make, and dissolving those same honorably, is the only requirement and guarantor of peace and fruitful relations. We fail to remember this at our peril. Those founders figĀured it out 247 years ago. But, it took them a long time to ACT. Then, many of them turned on each other and they made gross misĀtakes. In the US of A we are subject to the people who inherited the promises of the contract called the Constitution. I suggest an education is in order for people who want to be self-governing to find out exactly what that means. I suggest a group be formed on that issue, the knowledge of which was and is the prerequisite for beginning to establish something of (Y)OUR OWN which we can have independently, peacefully and productively to create the means of sustaining we of like mind who see the coming destruction and are looking for the solution. I suggest a solution exists, and it will require education and training. I have formed such a group. The Enterprise:Build A Nation. You Were born a Slave. The KEY: Self-Determination Education. http://groups.blackplanet.com/ Cultured_Society Build your own nation. The President said: 'In South Korea, teachers are known as 'Nation Builders'.
