Hello My Sisters...thank you so much for joining us. There are a few things that I want to cover about our group.

1. You may not always be in agreement with what I have to say, I tell it how I see it. So, if you have a different perspective...SHARE IT WITH US!

2. This is an interactive group. It will only be able to fulfill it's purpose if EVERY MEMBER participates. We need everyone's input in order to move on.

3. If you have no intention of participating, I don't really see a need for you to be here. If it's hard for you to participate here, in this group designed to help you, comfort you, listen to you and embrace you...then chances are that you aren't participating in life either, but just standing by while life happens to you. The women that I am attempting to reach with this group may start off as BYSTANDERS...but will evolve into GO GETTERS!

4. Stepping out on Faith is sometimes easier said than done, but that's what I'm asking you to do in this group. Your opinion or story may be just what someone else needs to hear. SHARE IT WITH US!

5. This group is centered around positivity. We welcome ALL to this group and we welcome all input..EXCEPT those that seek to tear others down. We are ALL learning from each other and disrespect and/or negativity WILL NOT be tolerated in the group.

Ladies, I want this group to be among the greatest and most successful groups on BP. In order to do that, we need each other. The way the group is set up is that each WICKS forum should have a comment from everyone in the group...did you agree, disagree, was it helpful, did we miss something. I would love for every member to respond so that we can move on to the next point.

Remember, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT...start here!
