Lets Get Your Workout on! The Working out Group is designed to take your workout to the next level. We meet 3 days per week at 9am in Los Angeles. We use various locations in the city and cross train with many kinds of workouts... such as hiking, rollerblading, weightlifting, biking, yoga and cardio. This keeps the workouts fun and fresh. Plus, The Workout Group keeps you accountable, gives you inspiration, and provides you with the security that you're not alone on the road to a healthy lifestyle.
